On a personal level, Monika is a wife and proud mom of two daughters. Family is incredibly important to her, and when she isn’t at Radiant, she loves traveling, discovering new places, spending time with the people she loves, and, of course, anything related to beauty and wellness.

For Monika, Radiant is deeply personal. It brings together so many things she genuinely loves — beauty, creativity, connection, and helping women feel confident.
