I have been working with Nazo for quite some time now. She has always been professional, organized, and friendly. She always answers all of my questions honestly and patiently. I really appreciate her appointment reminders via text messages.
I also really like working with her staff (Amber, Kathy, Gina, to name a few). They always administer treatments efficiently and attentively. I always feel like they’re paying attention to my comfort and ease. I like that they offer ice packs during/after treatments and hydrocortisone and sunscreen after treatments.
I feel like the prices are reasonable, especially with various monthly specials. And I’m overall very happy with the results of my hair removal treatments. The new location is great; parking is easy and the office space is new and clean.
I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to try a new medical spa.

Amber is my laser hair removal girl! I was hella scared to get laser done, but Amber made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She’s super cool. I’ve had four sessions and have already seen a huge difference. I regret not starting sooner!!!
The owner, Nazo, is always working the front desk and is really nice. The place is clean and cute. I’m happy with their pricing. They have monthly specials which help me save a lot.
P.S. they have numbing cream if you need it, but you have to come early to your appointment to apply it.

Best service, quality lasers, scheduling is on point, and the spa itself is extremely clean and tidy. – I’ve built trust with both Nazo and Amber, and even look forward to getting treated by Kathy soon. I decided to give laser hair removal a try and am pleasantly surprised with the results. Kathy is amazing.
I also have to note that I have tried laser hair removal at other medical spa’s before and it has been very painful. The laser machine used is godsent. The pain is SO minimal. I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
